How To Assemble Your New Bike

Your new bike will ship in a semi-assembled form referred to as "Dealer Ready" or in "Alpha Build."

Dealer Ready bicycles are 90% assembled by the manufacturer and packed for shipping in their original boxes.

When you receive your bicycle, some assembly is required. Typical assembly requires (but is not limited to):

• Insertion of the seat and post to the frame
• Insertion of the handlebars to the frame/fork
• Attachment of the pedals to the crank
• Mounting of the front wheel to the fork
• Adjustment to the brake and gear cables

Standard tools are required for assembly, and generally include an adjustable wrench, hex wrench, pliers, and a screwdriver. A ratcheting socket wrench is recommended, but not required. Please refer to the instruction manual for full list of tools required for assembly.

Assembly may take 30 minutes to an hour, depending on the complexity of the bicycle.
