My other Earth shoes get soaked thoroughly to the socks whenever I walk in the rain, in wet grass, or even on wet sidewalks. I tried all of the water treatments but water just leaks through all the seams into the shoe. I do not like wearing wet shoes and wet socks. The insides of the shoes are soaked and I dry the shoes for at least 2 days or more. I also use a hair dryer to dry the shoes. WATERPROOFING THE SHOE DOES NOT HELP.
This Montana shoe is waterproof and does not leak. It is perfect for wet weather. My socks and feet are dry, warm, and comfortable. I applied waterproofing on the leather. There are NO leaking seams. I LIKE WEARING DRY SOCKS AND SHOES.
