It took my 15 year old son about an hour to assemble it. It was easy to put together, but very heavy. We have been using it every day for a couple of weeks now and I am very proud of my purchase of this unit. I spent about 2 months searching for the right unit to buy and I feel like I made a very good investment. It is sturdy, and I feel like I am running on a gym quality machine at a fraction of what the gym quality treadmills actually cost. I look forward to owing this treadmill for the years to come.
