This is a great piece of equipment with good versatility and easy change overs. For the price, I don't think anything can match it. I am a Personal Trainer with 19 years of strength training experience and I own one for my own personal use... and I don't get paid for endorsing it.

Great piece of equipment! Easy to set-up and use. This is a very safe way to get a great total body workout. The only drawback is that it may not challenge a very strong individual who is in to serious weight training. You can't beat the quality and workmanship is good.
