A friend let me use this mitt in the outfield during a game and I was real impressed with the performance of this glove. The trapeze web helped the glove have great ball control. The leather was still a bit stiff, but it was still a good glove.

I use the Ken Griffey version (which Rawlings discontinued when he went to the Reds) of this glove and w/o a doubt it's the best glove I've ever used. It is solid w/o being stiff and has broken in nicely.
