I have other Hot Chilly products and this is diffinetly the warmest of them all. The material is very soft, not itchy. They appear to run a bit small on the size.

These pants are cozy, however, they run small. I would suggest purchasing a size larger. They do keep the legs warm in 29 degree weather though...
