This is one of the best purchases I've ever made ! An absolute must for Softball Coaches !! Perfect for tee work, soft toss, backstop, across the field throwing, and pitching. I use it in the garage on rainy days for my daughter's pitching ! It's easy to put back in the bag. Just read the directions !!

Great product. Daughter's college coach had one for soft toss in the gym this past winter and my daughter liked it so much she used HER OWN MONEY to buy one to pitch into and for soft toss ... She's using it outside and inside. Very well designed. It sets up almost automatically. Take down takes a bit of thought, but we got it on the 2nd try and haven't had a problem (the key is to put follow the directions exactly and put the top of the thing onto the jugs logo, not even with the bottom as you'd think). Fogdog was super -- lowest price we could find and quick shipping.

The Instant Screen is awesome! Open it up, toss it out, it practically sets itself up. After one practice run, it's very easy to put away. Convenient, lays flat in the trunk of my car. We are using it for our 9 year old team for indoor soft toss and tee work during winter months. With older ball players, you will need to lay an object with some weight on the base of the screen to keep it from sliding on the gym floor, and that is easily done. Buy it!

Actually, I'd give it six stars. If there is a better product, I haven't found it. Each of my three kids used it in their softball/baseball adventures this summer. (They're the ones who made me buy one.) Now I'm whacking balls into it myself! It sets up quicker than instant coffee, and packs away fairly easily - one you get the hang of twisting the pretzel.

I used this at a Cal Ripken baseball camp. It was very reliable, never tiped over and was lightweight.

This is a great training aid. It is pretty easy to set up and take down once you have done it a couple of times. It seems to be very durable. Great job JUGS!

I love this product! The screen provides a large and stable space to hit (tee or soft toss) or throw into. Setting the screen up is extremely easy - take it out of the carrying case, remove the elastic straps and toss it into the air. If you take your time and follow the instructions, putting it away is easy too. The carrying case is large enough that putting the folded screen back in is easy too. It's very convenient.

Have used this product before buying it myself and was very pleased with the convenient set-up while warning up the players before the game.

Looks kind of small, but handily fits in the garage for winter hitting. The size of the screen shouldn''t matter, as it promotes hitting accuracy, which is what every ball player should be after.

This product is a hard to find item. I had been looking for the hitting screen in all sporting goods stores in and around my area and this is the best place I found. Keep up the good work!

I did investigate options, read all the Comments, and ordered the Jugs Instant Screen. It is every thing that I Expected. It was a bit taller (folded up) than I envisioned. It is just a bit more than 3feet tall folded up. It is not hard at all to fold up, as some have claimed. All I did is watch the Video that comes with it. It only takes five Minutes. I am using it to get my arm in shape for an adult leagues, as well as to do soft toss, hitting tee work, and practice with my Little leagueers. It is a good Buy.

This product is great it is very sturdy. It was difficult to collapse the first time even after watching the instructional video. I practice twice as much as I had in the past. It is also great for pitching into too.

I have one of these nets and I love it because you can literally bring it anywhere. I am serious about baseball and I bring this net with me to every tournament that I play in and use it for soft toss to warm up before games. I just think that this thing is awesome!!!

I am a high school infield coach who does personal hitting and fielding instruction as well. I bought the Instant Screen Hitting Net not only for my lessons, but for the unique manner in which I can carry it anywhere I need to. I have an 8 year old son who has probably utilized it more than anyone. All he has to do is ask either his mom or myself to set it up, and he is doing hit down drills either off the tee, or with a friend if I am not available.The net is an incredible device for those who want to improve on their techniques without having to lok for a field or batting cage. It''s compact, it''s affordable, and it works.

It''s really hard to fold and put into the very unvaluable carry bag, I haven''t gotten it in yet, and I have seen other people with the same net with the screen partially folded inthe bag but mostly hanging out.

Initially was hard to close up with just one person. After several attempts and reading the instruction turned it over for my son to do. He got it closed. Nice case. He''ll get a lot of use out of it.

What my son likes most about the Jugs Instant Screen Hitting net is the ability to go out on his own and practice both pitching and hitting. The Juggs instant hitting net is a fine product. I have used it for many sports, such as baseball, soccer, golf, and football.Three hands would be nice to have when putting away, but overall a great product.

I rate the Instant Screen Hitting Net a five star. The net is just like the name of the product. It is easy to set up and if you follow directions it is easy to fold and put away. It takes up very little storage. This net was perfect for us because we have a very small yard area. My 10 year old son has been getting over a hundred swings a day with no need to find a field or waste batting time chasing balls. I am very pleased with this product.

Terrific product! High quality materials, simple instuctions. I like that there is a pouch on the carry bag to retain the set-up and take down instructions. A little tricky to dismantle the first time, but thereafter no problem. Buy it!

very handy for backyard use. my son 6 years old loves to practice soft toss and tee hitting for about 1 hour every night. the only negative is the wind blows it down slighty and its hard to fold.

This net has proven to be extremely convenient and perfect for its intended user: an eleven year old boy. Despite the warnings from Jugs that you had to be 18 or over and in good health to open or fold up the net, my son can set up this net with no supervision, practice, practice, practice and then fold it up and put it back in the garage without waking me from the couch. I''ve been coaching baseball for twelve years and I have never come across a devise quite like the instant screen. It literally sets up in seconds and is great for all the hitting drills I do with kids.

The screen is very easy to put up and take down,it only takes a few minutes. Our traveling team takes it to all our tournaments and we ues it at practice.IT is a great tool to use to get in extra batting anywhere.

Product is very good. It comes with a video and instructions but they are not clear. For example, the video shows how setup the unit but does not talk about adjustments, pegs (where kept and how to distribute), angle of screen, distance of tee from screen, etc.Re-packing is not trivial without practicing several times.

The product is fine as is as batting cage. However, as a pitching cage, it takes a lot of work to set up so that the strike zone is psitioned properly. It''s not as simples as just opening it up and using it since it tends to lean to one side or another if the ground is not perfectly level.

I purchased this product to assist my sons with hitting and throwing practice. By using the Jugs Instant Screen Hitting Net there is no more ball chasing, they hit and throw directly into the net. It is so easy to use. It virtually sets up itself, and stores neating once practice is completed. I would recommend this product to anyone.

A very good choice if you like batting practice. It catches every ball and you don''t have to even peg the thing down every time for it not to fall over. The only bad thing is that it is kind of hard to put away by yourself.

Excellent product. Very simple to install and take down. Very good training tool for hitting and throwing. I have been able to double the practice time for my 3 and 5 yr old. Screeen is made with quality materials... everything I expected from Jugs.

My ASA team is using the net. You can put it up and take it down in under two minutes each. The only problem that I have found is when the wind is high. Make sure the wind is blowing straight in the net.

This hitting screen is great for all age groups. I work with small kids as well as High school ages and it works great for all of them!

i think that this product is great the league that i play in has two of them. there so easy to use and there easy set up. the only problem w/ them is putting them away there a little tricky but u can get use to them. if u have ever used the easton instanet there a little a like but the jugs can be stored much easier then the easton.

this is one of my better buys. my daughter and son both use it and my baseball team. it gives them that little boost of confidence before they play that they believe they will get a hit. we set it up in the basement also so rain or snow or ??? it can always be used. wish i had it when i was young(but i use it now). these type of products just are not availiable in the sporting goods stores in our area. thanks for being there.

The Instant Screen net is worth every penny. Judging by how many I see while travelling around to the various ballparks others must feel the same way. The Kids like it, my high school pitcher was beating the heck out of me now she has a better target and can practice on her own. It is great indoors when the weather is bad. I coach both baseball and softball and was able to use it for batting and pitching warm ups. It seems to be unbreakable.

It is a very well designed piece of equipment. It allows my 13-year old son to practice batting with a tee in the backyard or garage (if it rains) any time he wants. The quality is just excellent!

The JUGS hitting screen is great. It is very easy to set up just remove it from the handy carrying case, throw it out and viola your ready to go. My son is using it daily to hone his batting skills and I use it too to hone my golf stroke. It is well worth the money.

The instant screen is a great training aid and wonderful to use at the games (soft toss, batting tee warmups, pitcher warmups, and just as an aid to protect parents and other players from stray balls). Others have seen mine (just as I saw other people with it last season) and seem interested.

Product is good, but I have had a problem with using it in any type of wind. With a light wind, it often collapses. Otherwise, it is the only product on the market which is extremely portable and lightweight and allows for batting practice away from a batting cage-type environment.

Net folds up (with a little difficulty until you get the hang of it) to a large, but easy to carry package. It makes it easy to move around. I use it with my son to hit into in our back yard and he throws into it on his own using the pitching target. We also take it to ballfields to practice. We put it at first for him to throw balls to while taking infield. And put it at second for his relay throws in from the outfield. It can be a little unwieldy on windy days though. It is also too big for my son to open on his own (He''s 11). Minor criticisms though -- its an excellent training tool.

My sons and the kids in our neighborhood really enjoy soft toss drills with this product. It is very easy to set up and take down. The only negative is that medium and strong winds really push the net around, thereby making it difficult to hit into the net. The stakes keep the unit planted firmly, but the wind moves the net portion of the unit away from where it should be. (I am working on an adaptation to keep the net in place on windy days.) Despite this problem, I am very satisfied with this product, and recommend it highly -- it''s a great training aid.

Great product for practice. My son complained about not having it up all the time, so I set the net up in our garage with a T. The only problem now is the early morning ping, ping... Also, watch out when you open the net, it bOiNgS open instantly.

I love the convenience of the screen plus its usefulness. Putting it back together was difficult the first few times, but persistence paid off.
